Tour of The Packard
Family
California Hall of Fame Exhibit (2006)
in the California Museum
updated Sept. 22, 2007
I was contacted by the California Museum (http://www.californiamuseum.org) in
Sacramento in November, 2006 about borrowing one of my HP200B
units for the Packard Family exhibit for the newly created
California Hall of Fame that opened in December, 2006 and runs to
about October, 2007. I was glad and honored to make the
loan. I visited the museum on June 5, 2007 while on a trip
to Palo Alto to take some pictures. The following is a
brief tour.
The California
Museum is located near the corner of 'O' Street and 10th
Street. A trolly line runs in front.
A side view of the
museum. The state capital is about a block to the left.
This is the
main lobby as you enter the museum from the street.
This is a brief summary of the thirteen inductees for 2006.
The California
Hall of Fame exhibit is on the second floor and this is
the main entrance after climbing the stairs.
The Packard Family exhibit is located just to the left of the
main second floor entrance.
Here is
a broad view of the exhibit.
Here is a close-up

unit that I loaned them for the exhibit.
